I am new to PLC programming. I need to power 30 leds separately on a PC board( 3 rows with 10 each). I have a servo 2040 (automation direct) driving the x and y motion. The PC board sits on this XY motion and these 30 contacts are wired to out pust of 30 relays with a set power supply(NO). The input of these 30 relays have been connected to the output of AB 1762-OV32T. I am using micrologix 1100. I need to move the servo to an assigned position then power that particular LED and there is an integrating sphere above it that will measure the light intensity/spections by a 5V trigger. If I can do one ladder logic step for testing one LED , I can write the rest. Any help will be appreciated.

I would love to help, but I really cant figure out what you are trying to do from your post. Do do any programming task it needs to be broken down into multiple small tasks. Why dont you break it down and post a question about that one task. Then feel free to post questions concerning the rest of the tasks later.

Are you powering 30 relays with 30 of your outputs on the OV32T?
