Hello,

I am trying to set up a GE Fanuc Micro PID instruction. I have done alot of digital programming, but not so much with analog. I need an example of how to do this. I am a pretty fast learner. I hate to be a bother, but I am stumped. To top it off, I would like to incorporate a C-More touch screen to be able to change set points in the PID. Is there anyone who has patience to help me?

I'm afraid that setting up a PID instruction is a little involved for a short answer in a forum so you probably wont get much response to your question. That opens up a can of worms that we have not yet addressed in our video section as it can become quite involved. Not only do you need to understand how to setup the PID instruction in your logic and how to interface with it, you need to understand how to tune the instruction which can get somewhat complicated. Sorry not to be of more help.

I am a newbie at setting up a PID loop. I am getting 2 errors and cannot download. 8141 unexpected instruction. 8149 missing power flow.

I need some type of sample to get this project test going. I am using a versamax micro / nano IC200UAL006. My GEXPRO support has been out of town all week and I turning to the PLC forum. Anyone?
